Very Good

Hotel fit for purpose and breakfast was good

We had room in annex builiding. It was ok, no complains, but it good to understand those rooms are retro, in means of not renovated lately. Anyhow makes their duty well. Water in spa was a bit too cold.

Nice stay in Ikaalinen. A spa experience !

Nice spa and swimming pool area. Lofts are large confortable and with a small terrasse. View on the trees. Staff is nice and helpful. Free parking. Easy access to the place.

Bathrooms would really need to be renewed.

Wide breakfast selection. SPA, water park with outdoor pool, small shop, bars and pubs at place.

Sorry to say, but cleanness is weak point. Bed sheets an lined were ok, but there was mold in the shower. Desk was sticky. Superior room is not good for work with laptop.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay here, we have been here twice already, good value for money. Delicious breakfasts, clean rooms, very friendly and customer-oriented staff.

For me it was a bit cold in the changing rooms after the pool,, you need to bring a bathrobe with you.

Okay for a one night stay

We had an economy twin room. The room was a lot more dated that I would have expected based on the pictures. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of options to choose from. The restaurant we had dinner at was very good.

Very late arrival, so wasnt able to test the spa.. Nice administrator, upgraded room to main wing, nice room, good breakfast with the best caramel muffins

Very Good

Third time here and always lives up to expectation. Sauna and spa access included in the room price, large breakfast buffet, great value and friendly, helpful staff.

Eggs at breakfast tasted artificial and some breakfast items ran out (this was New Years Day so perhaps understandable as breakfast was busy). Rooms a bit dated and only twin beds, but comfortable and clean so not a real complaint.

Satisfactory spa area, nice breakfast, lovely restaurants area

Rooms in need for major renovation, also cleaning of the room could be improved (cigarette butt on the balcony floor isn’t ok). Only steam sauna in common spa area (family sauna there as well, but not working) and two regular saunas in washing room (one of them not working)

Nice location and good spa, but needs some renovating

Place and good spa with warm water for the kids. Silent enough in the room.

The loft house that we lived in needs to renovate the bathrooms and there was no AC. Also the description said there was no minibar, but then there was one in the room. Half of the water play equipment in the children’s pool was broken.

It was okay buy Lofts need updating. Shower very small.

Breakfast was okay but a bit cold by the time I got it all to the table.

No cream for coffee. Food gets cold quickly

An obligatory en route stay became an unexpected treat. Good value for the money.

Excellent breakfast in warm and cozy atmosphere. Lovely spa with an outdoor pool included in the price of the room. I loved the whole setup. It was the darkest time of the year, and most of the time it was dark outside, but huge windows reflecting light made everything wonderful and sparkly. Loved it too that the Christmas buffet was beef and not the traditional ham + side dishes. Nothing wrong with ham, but if you have it at every Christmas meal and at every Christmas party for over a month, it stops being a treat. n

The lodge rooms are being renovated. We had an unrenovated room, which was perfectly okay and clean, and I liked the color scheme. The only minor issue was that a lot could be achieved just by regrouting the bathroom. Loved its charming old-fashioned design though. The TV was top modern, which was nice. It was disappointing that the Bluetooth connection was disabled, so we couldn't watch Netflix from my phone-> TV. Not a big issue though, because there were so many other things to do.

Worth your visit if not lookin for fancy pancy

Staff was nice. Owned and operated by a local company! Quite nice a place given it is a bit old spa. Excellent services and premises for a small rural spa.

There was like 20 minutes que to the only restaurant and services on the nearby village is more like joke. So you just had to stand it. The problem was shortage of staff - who were quite nice and relaxed - so hopefully the management will look into this. Tha spa is more like a large swimming pool from the eighties than anything else.

An amazing family weekend with lots of fun.

We had amazing family weekend. The spa was lovely and the room really comfortable. It was nice to be able to get outside directly from the room. This made dog walking much easier. Also dog’s welcome surprise was a really lovely thought. For the first time in the hotel accommodation the pillows were actually really good. The hotel had plenty places to eat. overall, we just had a lovely And relaxing weekend with the whole family together.

The breakfast its really good and the area its beautiful

The room's walls are so badly made, that you can heard everything from the next rooms and some babies were crying from 4.30am to 6.30am so we went for a rest and I came back sleeping the whole way and more tyred than ever The price was 169e for a room and its ridiculous expensive for so bad room.
